SHIPPING CONDITIONS

​All shipments are made via courier service. Delivery is within 24 hours to Spain, and within 48 or 72 hours depending on the destination country.

 

Rates vary depending on the destination country. During the checkout process, you will see the corresponding shipping cost amount, depending on the delivery address.

VERY IMPORTANT:

Please note that in some countries, taxes or customs fees may apply upon receipt of your order. These additional costs are the buyer's responsibility and vary according to each country's regulations.

The shipping agency we work with informs of the following: "Due to tariff changes in the U.S., we will temporarily not accept package shipments with a commercial value equal to or less than $800 to the U.S. starting Monday, August 25, 2025.

If you are making your purchase from outside the euro zone, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert it to your local currency at the time of charge.

DELIVERY TIMES

​We make everything by hand, so once we receive your order, we'll need a few days to prepare it.

Bags: approximately 7-10 days.

B&B Bracelets: approximately 3-5 days.

RETURN POLICY

​Exchanges and returns are not accepted. We personally make each piece, so there's no risk of receiving a defective item. You can ask us any questions you may have about the design, color, or size before making your purchase.
