À LA CARTE DESIGN

We can make the design that you like the most on our website, with the fabric you prefer. In fringe bags, you can choose the color of the fringe and make combinations with the fabric to create a single-color or two-color design, you choose!

EXCLUSIVITY

We make our designs by hand, in an artisanal way, with haute couture fabrics. They are exclusive designs, limited edition.

WHERE TO SEE US

You can follow our Instagram account @alualu.bags to stay up to date with upcoming events: fashion shows, showrooms, etc.

DELIVERY TIME

We need a few days to hand-make each bag and manage shipping, approximately 7 to 10 days. If you need it in a shorter period of time, contact us and we will confirm if it is possible to accommodate your request.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We make all designs by hand, most to order. We carry out exhaustive quality control during manufacturing, so there is no risk of receiving a defective item. For this reason we do not accept exchanges or returns. ​Do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have about the color, fabric or measurements before placing your order.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is done through a courier agency and its cost varies depending on the destination. During the purchasing process, you will be able to see the exact shipping amount.​
