HOW TO BUY A BAG IN THIS WEBSITE

Our designs are limited edition; we make very few of each one, and some models are completely exclusive, unique pieces. For this reason, when they're available in a physical retail location, such as a showroom or pop-up store, they're not available online. Don't hesitate to contact us to check the availability of the design you like, and we'll confirm if it's possible to send it to you.

​​DELIVERY TIME

We make everything by hand, so the delivery time is as follows:

 

Bags:  7-10 days approx.

April Moon bracelets (woven with thread):  5-7 days approx.

B&B bracelets (fabric):  3-5 days approx.

 

If you need it in a shorter timeframe, please contact us and we will confirm if it is possible to received it before.

 

​SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is done through a courier service, 24-hour service.

The shipping cost is calculated during the purchase process, depending on the destination and the purchase amount.

RETURNS

We handcraft each design, subject to rigorous quality control throughout the entire process, so there's no risk of receiving a defective item. Furthermore, most of our designs are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
